Planning Scope & Refinement Policy

Your itinerary is thoughtfully crafted based on the preferences and trip structure submitted in your survey.

One comprehensive refinement round is included to ensure your itinerary feels balanced and aligned. This may include:

  • swapping similar experiences

  • minor route or timing refinements

If the overall trip structure changes significantly such as core travel direction, the planning scope may need to be reassessed and quoted accordingly.


To ensure the most up-to-date recommendations and seamless logistics, any requests for revisions must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your initial custom itinerary.

  • After this 7-day window, the itinerary will be considered final and confirmed.

  • Any major changes requested after this period may incur an additional service fee.

Refund Policy

  • Before Work Begins: 100% Full Refund is available if you cancel before we start crafting your itinerary.
  • Once Work Starts: Since this is a personalized digital service, refunds are not available once the research and planning process has begun.
